Charged double

I have ordered an apparel at Sportsman Warehouse on Wednesday and collected it on Thursday, I didn't have cash with then I paid with my credit card of which the transaction went through and even show the cashier sms from my bank, branch manager was called and he indicated that it didn't go through on their system so payment can't be confirmed. I phoned the bank and they confirmed the transaction and gave me reference number. The very same branch manager call their office of which he said they were closed and promise to follow it up the following day as he was going to call me unfortunately he didn't and I visited the store and he said he called me but didn't get through of which it was a lie. He indicated that Head Office will reverse the payment of R1300 up until now I haven't got my money either. The process of getting my apparel was also an issue where they promising to call but no one eve call.
