Buying used goods

<p>Sportsmans Warehouse Beacon Bay, East London: Always bought my sporting goods from Sportsmans but this time around I was disappointed. The first time I bought a waterproof lighter (Fire Stash) for R165.00 just to find when I opened it that it has already being used, there was not even a tread of the wick left and it was all burnt black. The manager Catherin told me she doesn’t know how this happened because this was the first time it did and she will investigate, could exchange it because they were out of stock and I got a refund. Today I went there and bought a kite for R650 very nice looking I must say. Bought it and went happy to the beach about 25km away to fly it with my little girl. And to my surprise I opened it and there it was only half a kite with sand all over it and tears stapled together for a fix. Sorry Sportsmans Warehouse Beacon Bay, you won't be seeing me around any time soon. Go sell your secondhand **** to someone else. I will rather go to outdoor warehouse and get my goods there at a higher price and know its new than ever to trust your branch again. Just a tip, take all your employees there and ask them to stop using your goods and try resell them again, and teach them how to treat customers. Take someone undercover and go see for your selves.</p> <p> </p>
