Bad Staffing Attitude, very aggressive on Children

Bad staffing attitude. Yesterday Thu 29th March, I went to the New ROSEBANK MALL Sportman Warehouse shop with my wife and 3 children. My son (9 yrs) who's a big Cricket fan went straight to the CRICKET section to browse for his next school's term Cricket equipments needed. I was standing just behind him and all what my son did is picking up a Cricket bat and trying to check it's weight and waist height. The lady (female staff) was busy packing up some staff at the same section and she looked at him and said "No no no no, don't touch its, you're going to break it !!!" I couldn't belive what she said! My son did nothing wrong and all my kids knows exactly rules and regulations when it comes to examining shop stuff. My son literally hold the bat and swing it lightly (like a normal way to check bat weight and grip) and he was mature enough (as a 9 yrs student) to know how to check stugf without causing any damage. Moreover, myself and my wife were all few inches behind him. The staff worker didn't even bother to respect our presence when she said such harsh and unprofessional comment. In fact, she turend her back when my wife tried to explain that her comment was unnecessary.

If that is the attitude Sportman Warehouse business is promoting then good luck.

You must train your staff to be more civilized and to practice patience especislly when no reasons to say unnecessary abusing comments.

Thanks to Mr. PRICE SPORT as they accommodated my children and managed (in professional manner) to equip my child with the necessary Cricket package at not only competing price but also a RESPECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

And for the SPORTMAN WAREHOUSE .... You've just lost more than a customer, you've lost the society respect (as my son experience will be shared at his Cricket Society).
