Bad Service, will never support them again

I am very disappointed with Asics. I bought a pair of Nimbus 21 four weeks ago. I have only done 98km which includes a marathon. The inner stitching next to the shoelace came undone causing major discomfort. I had a major swelling after my marathon race. When I took it back to Sportsmens warehouse, I was told the Asics does not see this a manufacturing fault and that it should not cause discomfort. Sportsmen warehouse solution was to glue and stitch it in the store.

I will not ever support, the Asics brand or Sportsmens warehouse again. I am 2H37min marathon runner and will continue to support Nike.
