Bad service Sportsmans warehouse online shopping

Hello Sportsmanswarehouse. i am so disappointed in the service received from you guys. i bought my self a H10 polar heart rate monitor. i specifically took a certain size m - XXL only to receive the exact opposite product size. when i received the item it was small. i just don't understand why this has happened after phoning your call center the lady did not even give me a explanation as to what has caused this to occur. i phoned her the morning she said she would call me back i then did not get any feedback and had to phone your ware house again. i then had to ask her what the status of my request is just the way this whole situation is handled i am not satisfied. i now have to wait up until Monday for this issue to be resolved. the only feedback i receive is that they will send the replacement unit. this is so vague? no reference was given no email or record given as to how this will be sorted out. plainly i think this error of sportsmanship online store is just dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. i would not recommend this service to any one i now have to wait and suck my thumb as to when i will receive my exchange. this does not even make sense? Terrible...
