Bad service/ I have called 5 times

This morning I have called the Cresta store 5 times ask them to check if the have a Man United t-shirts And all the do is put me on hold time I run out of airtime.... I have called 5 times.... Such a horrible service as I'm calling because I don't want to drive to Creasta mall to find out that they don't have the t-shirt....
