Bad service

I visited your rustenburg branch about two weeks back, because I had trouble with my asics shoes that I had bought in July and were giving me pains, which had been picked up by my physiothe****** that the shoes for not suitable for my running style.

To my arrival in your store, I was assisted by your information staff who escalated my problem to the branch manager, who told me it was my fault for choosing the wrong shoe, which I didn't understand because I came for help and solutions to my problem ,not to be told I am to be blamed, then why would you guys have sales assistant in the store if its not to help us make the correct decision. The branch manager didn't even seem eager to assist me, so he told me he will book the shoes in and send them to asics and he will give me feedback, now its being two weeks and when I go back to the store all I am told is asics says there's no fault on the shoe, while I was told I would get a call from asics and I never did, which I find hard to believe. Please assist all I want is another pair of running in a different brand or so.
