Bad service

I am not happy with the current service I am receiving, I bought a running shoe online and the description was set as a Neutral shoe. I encountered problems when running with and I took the shoe back to my nearest store. They told me that the shoe was incorrectly enter as Neutral but the shoe is a Stability. Now online has removed the shoe and they are refusing to exchange the shoe for the correct one which is still available instore. I am not happy at all they are sending written specification to try convince me that I select the shoe while I saw its a Stability. I am ****ed with the service and am a regula customer. I hate the fact that they making stupid
