Bad online service

I went to a Sportsman’s Warehouse store wanting to buy an exercise bike. The salesman told me to rather order online since it would be quicker and they assist with installation etc. I ordered the bike online Monday morning early, and with no communication I had to enquire multiple times regarding the progress. I was eventually told on Wednesday that online orders takes 3 - 5 days… today on the 5th day, I had to enquire again (since the online tracking just says in progress) it will only be delivered next Tuesday. This is the worst service I received from a company online ever!!
