Bad customer service/communication

Garmin said i must hand in my vivofit @ a dealer which is sportsman warehouse. When i handed in they said to me only garmin will charge me. Now i went to fetch repaired vivofit @ sportsman they all said its R100 postage. But they never told me when dropped it ofg, they all gang up at me and said they did tell me. But they did not. This makes me angry. I paid it. But bad customer service/communication.
