Bad Customer Service and Products

<p>HI There,<br />I would like to advise that I will never return to your Park Meadows store, and I will advise anyone I encounter to do the same. Now I do not know about other departments. But I'm about to talk about your specific Cycling department.</p> <p>Around December last year I went to the store, to buy Tubeless Sealant, and I took 2 of the small Stan's Sealant bottles. When I got home I used one bottle, and put the other away to store. Later when I needed it, I noticed the seal was broken on the bottle. But it was too late to take back.</p> <p>Then my wife went to your store in last week to buy my birthday present. The Cyclist Specialist was nowhere to be seen. When she was on her way out he was running there, saying that he was helping someone else. Strange, is he helping in other departments too?</p> <p>Then on Monday this week I went specifically looking for a CO2 adapter, but the ones as shown on your website. When I got there and asked him about it, he said I'd need to go to the bigger shops, they would have. And then proceeded with what he was busy with.</p> <p>I then struggled through and decided on a co2 adapter with the 5x co2 cannisters. Paying cash spending R330. This included 1 cannister in the co2 adapter. That was the only one that worked of the 6x.The co2 adapter does not seal when you ***** in the cannister and spews out the compressed air. I then returned the item to your store yesterday. they could only refund me for the co2 adapter, as the used co2 cannisters dont prove anything.</p> <p><br />After I got the refund I took some more Stan's sealant and the tubeless repair kit. went to the counter to pay. When it rang up the puncture repair kit did not ring the price that was showing on the item. I just got fed up and said let me pay for the stan's and get out. I trust you will understand why I do not want to return to this specific store?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please go the section of the Cycling department and check the condition of the lubricants and sealants shelf. Items are open, leaking, very old stock, the Dr Sludge bottles are all looking like they are expired, and there are no caps on them. </p>
