I called in to the Rondebosch branch. I asked for a quote on a new chain for my bike (that I bought from Sportsman's Warehouse)and the cost to put it on. After a long while on the phone I got a quote and was told that there was in stock and that i was not to come Saturday. I rushed there, on Friday after work, to get my bike there. It was a real mission but I got it there. The bicycle technician then said that he was going to show me the chain, which I thought was odd. The price of it was almost three times the original quoted amount. I could not afford to have it done at that price. I Googled the chain specifications and found that the original quoted amount was expensive but still in the price range. The price that was later given is preposterous
