Attempted to sell me a faulty bike.

Salesman shows my son a Mongoose stunt bike. We get told that it is on special offer so I ask for it to be made ready so we can buy it. As my son pushed it past me we see that it has no back brakes. When we query this we get a shrug of the shoulders. It is great to see the attitude of the staff. They don't care about safety of client and have no client service. Not the 1st time had issues in store but will be the last. This store can learn from Gateway where we purchased goods yesterday. They have customer service and care about their clients unlike this store. ***
