Appalling service!!!

<p>I purchased some sports gear from Sportsmans Warehouse Sea Point and needed to exchange one item for a smaller size. On entering the store there was no sales person on the floor to assist me (but I could hear staff laughing upstairs) so I proceeded to find what I needed and moved onto the cashier (who was so unfriendly). She in turn moved onto another till and required assistance for authorising the process of the exchange. She called the Manager of the store over the intercom 3 times but to no avail. Apparently he was busy interviewing!!!! In the meantime my husband and I stood waiting for 15 minutes before a simple procedure could take place and we could be on our way. This is not the first time I have had shocking service at a Sportsmans Warehouse store. To be quite honest I would rather just avoid the store all together and travel further than deal with a store that clearly does not need our business!</p>
