Amazing Service.

Within a week of contacting the Tokai branch to ask if anything could be done to repair the damage I had inadvertently caused to my exercise bike, the service team were at my door; and in less than an hour the bike was as new. The process was seamless from start to finish: one phone call from me was all it took; once the problem was logged I was phoned or texted to keep me up-dated since a part had to be couriered from Jhb. What impressed me particularly was that, due to the taxi violence, a back-log had built up and the service guys arrived on Saturday!!! Amazing service. Thank you so much for going the extra mile.
