Absolutely terrible service!

I recently bought a new pair of squash shoes, two weeks ago to be more specific. After I played my third game it started tearing at the seam. I went to the Sportsman's Warehouse at Atterbury Value mart where I bought them. They refused to replace it, claiming that it's not a factory fault. They told me the best they could do is offer me a small discount on the next pair of shoes, but at this rate I'm going to need to replace them in less than a month.

This is by far the worst service I've had as a retail customer. If you need shoes that will actually be covered in an event like this, I would recommend any other place.
