A while back I visted SW to buy a tricep bar. I asked if it was the standard size, to ensure my weights fit & was told yes. Get it home, only to find it doesn't fit. Standard weight size is 25 & this is 30. So I return it & ask about another bar they have on their site. I get told it's available in Century City, but they'll send it to my branch. They take my number & I await their response. A response that never came. So I will rather buy sporting equipment elsewhere from now on. This is what happens when you get too big & customer service is not important anymore & you employ staff who don't know the products they are selling, even though they're working in a specific department in store.
