WRONGFULL DEBIT DONE BY SPORTLIFE SHOP

sportslife shop went and debit R590.00 in my wife ABSA Credit Card without her approval, and now they are taking her from post to pilar just to refund her money. Her bank is requesting a proof from them by way of letter to show that they have reversed the money since on their system there is no money reversed from them, so the Bank is requesting the approval letter from them to Cornfirm the reversal of the amount of R590 that was deducted from her Credit Card Account on 23 July 2022 without her authorization
