Shocking after sales service from Sportsdynamix

I purchased two gymnastic items for children from Sportsdynamix in June 2018. We received the items and it immediately became clear that the kids gymnastics parallel bars were unsafe as it has long *****s jutting out of the bars and no stabilizing beam to prevent it from toppling over. I contacted Ryan who called me immediately. However, since then nothing has been done. In fact every email and Whatsapp I have sent have been ignored. So we sit with a dangerous item which we will not allow the children to play on. The after sales service has been nothing but appalling. My next port of call is the consumer council since it appears that ignoring my correspondence is Ryan's way of indicating that he is not prepared to resolve the issue.
