Poor service 10/10 would NOT recommend

The customer service from this Site/Store is vertually non existant. I made and order and payed on the same day then spent 2 weeks trying to get an update for my order. when they finally get back to me I'm then told they would follow up. days later they inform me that there is no stock and offer an alternative. I then requested a refund and have been chasing them for 3 days to try and initiate that process
