NO SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

I placed a order on 22 June 2023, payment was done on the sameday, Order has been processing since the 23rd, there is no contact number to call and follow up, no reply on the whatsapp number and no reply on the email address provided. I ordered 1 item, how can it take so long to pack and ship it. It is a Urgent order for my sons Tour and I am just not getting any feedback from them.
