Zero customer service at Sportscene

I have been trying to purchase a pair of sneakers on sportscenesneakers.co.za for the past week. At checkout an error pops up stating 'something went wrong'. I emailed the listed email address *** dats ago but no reply. Called the listed number *** but number does not exist...why even have a website if you cannot maintain it?!!!
