Your TFG order p*** | Order Received

I placed an order online and paid sale price for the goods on the 23/11/2022. Today, the 6/12/2022 I received a call to ask if I received my order and I said no. The lady advised me that ill most probably receive it during the week. Later I received an email stating that my return was acknowledged? I never received any notification of the order being at the allocated pick up point and never returned it! This is not the first time this happens... And they never seem to have a good enough reason. When querying it at the branch, they couldn't even take accountability of their brand and blamed each other?!
