You are just a number at TFG

I have been a customer with them for more than 10 years and had some difficulty for a few months as I had a work dispute where I was expecting money which was not paid.

I communicated this with them... but they still went on to request money when I did not have and said they will hand me over. I had no choice and said ok.

The dispute was resolved and the money owed to me was paid. When I paid the account I found that they sold my account and they cannot assist.

10 Year business relationship as I had difficulty for 6 months.... if you are thinking about joining them ... DONT rather get a credit card with benefits/perks and better customer service.
