<p>I bought sneakers at sport scene lakeside and got awesome service but then the sneakers were a size smaller so I went to change them at springs on the 30 December 2016 .The guy who assisted us took his own time ok we did not complain he went looking for the sneakers as we made our way to the till we stood there for 10 min the lady at the counter did not give us the time of the day .we had to ask who works at the counter.she was moody and seemed irritated by us. The guy came back with the sneakers we gave him a signal we're we were but he looked at us and went straight to the door and stood there ignoring us my husband went to him and asked for the sneakers the guy did not explain himself he just handed him the sneakers .I'm sorry but sportcsport scene customer'service in springs is unacceptable. Teach your staff how to handle customer's </p> <p> </p>
