Wrong size sent now I have to take my personal time to exchange

I ordered a small medium bucket hat online they sent me a medium large, I am annoyed because I am going on holiday on Monday and now I need to go to the shop to get it exchanged, which I don’t have time for, why can you not just send the right online order, my invoice says I sent a small but a large hat was sent
