WRONG ORDER AND NO REFUND

I ordered Fila disruptor 2 online for my daughter. Received the order today, but it was the wrong pair of shoes. How do they mistake a black Fila shoe with a Jordan pink sneaker. My daughter was really shattered.

I called the customer service and the agent advised I can return the shoes to the store and get an immediate refund. My husband returned the shoes and was told the money has been refunded straight to my bank account. It is 3 hours later and there is no money in my account.

I just called the online customer service and the consultant contacted Southgate store. He advised that they were supposed to take my banking details for the refund, but they did not. SO WHERE IS MY MONEY REFUNDED TO SPORTSCENE?

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter and now her day is ruined. At this point I want nothing to do wit your store.
