Worst shoe shop

Bad customer service from Sportscene Clearwater Branch. Bought a pair of puma takkies from this store few months ago. As i was using the takkies and walking, the sole bust open. Went into the store and explained to the manager. He advised that i should bring the shoe to the store. When i took the takkie to the store, he advised that he can not help me. I then told him that he can keep the takkies and i walked out.
