Worst Service from SportScene Birch Acres Mall

On the 14/06/2024 I went to SportScene Birch Acres Mall to pay for an IBT for a Nike sneaker that was only available in Cape Town Archive store. I have waited for a week and to my surprise they called me telling me the sneaker was delivered to a wrong store in JHB CBD and they suggested that I go to that store in CBD to go buy from there as they can't get it delivered to Birch Acres Mall. I took it upon myself that I call the CPT store(Archive) and was shocked when the Store manager Chantelle told me that no IBT request was ever received from SportScene Birch Acres. When I called the CBD store they told me that the sneaker has already been sold since it was their IBT from CPT, meaning an hour after I paid for an IBT at Birch Acres they also made an IBT but were able to get their IBT receipt sent to CPT but mine was not received because Edna at Birch Acres DID NOT SEND THE RECEIPT...WHAT A POOR, BAD, WORST USELESS SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH...
