Worst Service

I went to sportscene Festival mall on Monday to submit a claim for my lost phone I was assisted quickly and effectively. I really thought my claim will be was going to be met within the 48hrs lead time, I was wrong. On Wednesday I started calling Sportscene the whole day, and no one picked up the phone.

I got desperate and phoned Finrite. I followed up on the claim and got told they haven't received my paperwork from them, so the lady from Finrite was helpful she even suggested a conference call and also failed no one picked up from this shop. I phoned their head office on Thursday to seek assistance, but the lady from Finrite was even better than the guy from sportscene.

He made up excuses that maybe they are busy, I asked if no one has the cellphone numbers of the store manager and maybe just give them a call to find out if the store is still standing he said"no we do not have them"my worry is how do they even know that the store is open and running as intended and my worry as a customer is to drive there for nothing, I have never come across such big business running like a ****a shop, very very pathetic.

The lady from Finrite even said maybe they closed down, just imagine how many clients try to call and assume the samething . I am without a phone for over 72hrs , the insurance knows nothing about my claim
