Worst Service at Sportscene Welkom (Goldfields Mall)

I just come back from Sportscene Goldfields mall (Welkom,Free state). I have never felt this disrepected in my life. There is a guy there called Mosa,he has the most arrogant,disrespectful attitude ever. I believe he judged me and he does not know me. This is the worst service I have ever received. I was with my brother and he wanted to buy sneakers. Online it showed that the shop has a pair available,but when we got there,we were told the pair is kept for another customer. We wanted to understand how does that work,and the guy assisting us,explained to us. The problem started when Mosa interfered and he disrepected us. Sportscene Please deal with your staff and teach them customer service.
