WORST SERVICE

I am not usually the type who vents about service as I get over whatever happened at a store by the time I leave, but the service we got at Sportscene at BT Ngebs Mall in Mthatha was horrible for two days in a row! There are no staff on the floor to assist, you have to literally ask around the store to find people who work there especially in the shoe area. The guy who assisted yesterday had such a poor attitude, like he was not interested in assisting at all! Why on Earth do you hire people like that?? We stood for almost in 5-10 mins waiting to be served and when someone came to assist, the guy would disappear in the back room to check for a size for such a long time that by the time he comes back, he'd even forgotten what he was looking for and started serving the next person..seriously??? I don't even know who the guy is because the staff don't have name tags but can you please just train your staff or hire people who actually want to help us as customers.
