Worst experience in my life

My fiance' was at Sportscene Eyethu mall yesterday around 4pm looking for a specific sneaker but saw something else. Well he was told that the sneaker he sees is the only one left on display and that there was a problem with it. He looked at it and the only thing he saw was the discolor of the one that was on display. The sales person helping him convinces him to buy and wear the sneaker right there and then. Even though he found one of the shoes tight, they told him it will get better. When I get to the house I find that those shoes are two different sizes. When we get there for the exchange or refund. The staff are now fighting each other as to who did what regarding the sale of the sneaker, which we know that's unacceptable in front of customers. "Bongs" one of the sales people there told us to look for something else if we want to exchange but there after spoke very rudely to my fiance saying how are they supposed to help him if he leaves the counter, yet he told us to look for something. "Jetta" who helped him yesterday was not willing to help today, he just gave us an attitude and told us to go to the counter. "Dikeledi" was shouting and "Bongs" because they didn't give my fiance a receipt, tried to make it an issue until I told them that all they have to do is look for the receipt in yesterday's adim. I am honestly not happy with the service. We don't see ourselves shopping with them ever again. This was a very unexpected experience which has me questioning the management and the use of customer experience training in that store.
