Worst customer service!!!!

I placed an online order on the 2nd May for 2 pairs of takkies. After 2 weeks I got an email notifying me that one pair of takkies was cancelled due to stock availability,bear in mind this is a few days before Eid that they sent me the email, after waiting over 2 weeks for the takkies to arrive which was supposed to be for my daughter's for Eid. I sent 2 emails thereafter because it's been over a week and I still didn't receive my refund, nor was the other pair of takkies delivered. I even called customer service today and they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes - I was speaking to Cameron. He kept me on hold for so long until I had to eventually end the call as my airtime has run up. I understand that this is difficult times however don't offer a delivery service if you can't stick to your promise. This is the worst customer service I ever received. I will NEVER shop from Sportscene again and I won't recommend anyone to shop there as well.
