WORSE SERVICE SPORTSCENE SS WEST STREET DURBAN

I have has a awful experience with sportscene SS WEST STREET DURBAN. I asked the cashier to swipe my TFG card for rewards and she did the opposite made the purchase on my card i didnt notice only realized when i got home and she had also taken money i went back asked to log a complaint and was told my complaint can wait as the manger is on leave like what kind of joke is that so customer complaints are not valid because a manger is on leave???
