WORSE SERVICE EVER

On Saturday the 23rd of January I went to Total Sport looking for a white converse low cut sneaker , first of all I spent about 20minutes without anyone assisting me, the staff were less interested to assist . I finally got helped gentlemen by the name of NEO , he was in a very bad mood . I told him what I was looking for and he went to check. He said there is no stock. I requested him to check which branch had it, he then referred me to Heidelburg which is very far. I then opted to buy on line. All od a sudden he said Germiston has stock , so I decided to go to Germiston . When I got there I realised that he reserved the incorrect item , worse of all the Germiston branch did not had a size 6. , the manager checked which branch had only to discover that East Rand Mall (where I started) had the stock ,So I asked the Germiston manager to tell them to reserve the stock so that I can go back and pay and collect it. While online the manager told me they just sold the tekkie. How ridiculous and pathetic that is , I was calm and gave them a chance to amend from the mistake but instead they sold the tekkie... that is the worse service ever, I cannot explain how I felt
