I would like to thank Cara Styles and the rest of the team for ensuring that my complaint was resolved and also that I receive the sneaker. After the call that I received from Ferenzo who basically said that it was a mix up, I was really ****ed; however I received an exciting email to inform me that the sneaker that I was looking for has been found. Well done Cara and keep up the good work. Also, thank you the the guy who assisted me in Sportscene Blue Route who also gave me advice on how to wash the sneaker as well as the cleaning items which I bought.
