Waiting on IBT nearly 90days
I purchased a red itasca adidas track top, size large on 17/10/2015. On 02/11/2015 I tried to exchange it for a size medium, was advised that I could IBT it from another branch & pay R30. I have receive no communication on the whereabouts, only empty promises. Numerous times, I go & ask but I get brushed aside with a \not here yet"answer. Nothing further"
