Violation of Consumer Rights

I bought a Cell Phone in Lephalale and after just 6 months the phone doesnt want to switch on anymore. I want to take the Phone in as its still on warranty only to be sent away with the phone and told to come back next month as they are busy and dont have time to be looking at old phones.

The seles person was very unfriendly and very disrespecting. Now I'm forced to go buy a new phone as I cannot be with thought a working phone for more than a day due to the work I do. This campany should be taken to AFSA for review.
