Very,Very Rude.
Very, Very bad customer service!!!
I called Sportscene Festival Mall branch to inquire about a product i saw online as stock is only available at their shop, someone picked a call and put it down while I was kept holding for 30 minutes. I could hear the sound in the shop and shop assistant making noise, I then tried again but kept on cutting my call because i want to send someone to purchase A sneaker for my Brother's birthday.
