Very poor client service

So I placed an order online on the 8th of July 9am. Paid additional fees for the next working day delivery. Now it is 3pm the next day. No phone calls or any contact regarding the delivery of my order. I phone the online query call centre just for them to tell me my order hasn't even been processed yet because someone needs to contact me to verify my cell number????Very much disappointed. I've had my account for 8 years at sportscene but this has really put a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for express delivery for a reason. Now I will only receive my order next week, that's now if someone actually phones me to verify like they should have done yesterday already. Very very poor!!!!!
