Very dissapointed customer

So I bought 2 pairs of sneakers from Sportscene last week Thursday only to get an email sorry we only had stock in one of the items that you ordered. Yes I know it was busy on black Friday. This is not the 1st time that tfg cant fulfill their orders. About 3 months back exactly the same happened I bought 2 pairs of shoes and only received one pair only to get my money back 2 weeks later. No calls nothing to apologies no I don't understand so don't say thank you for understanding you don't care about your customer service clearly. The fact that the same thing happened every time you have a sale clearly shows you don't have control over your stock. The items was bought on Thursday and when I checked online on Saturday there was still stock available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE ORDER P***0
