VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM SIPHO IN RANDBURG SQUARE!

On the 11th of December 2025, I purschased a pair of addidas sandals for my son. He wore the sandals on two occasions and the side opened. I went to the branch where I purchased it and I was assisted buy Sipho, who instantly refused to assist me. He told me he has 12 years experience and has never seen this. He also said that when he takes the shoe where is he going to sell it. I then asked him why would he resell a shoe like this. He had the audacity to respond and say "thats not my business" He was so rude, and literally undermined me. I have been a customer for so long, I have an account with you guys that I pay every month with no arrears. This service is so disappointing. The shoe literally is brand new.
