VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SPORTSCENE

I went to Sportscene Brits CBD at 16:50 trying to exchange shoes and they told me they're closed and already cashed up but their trading hours is until 17:00 and when I told the tall dark lady working there that I'm going to put a complaint about this matter she gave me an attitude and said "BYE" and closed the door in my face.
