Very bad service

Hi, I've been having problems with TFG/Foshini Group who haven't updated my profile with the credit bereau and its been affecting me as I'd like to purchase things. I've received a paid up letter in May already and still it's not updated after they tell me it will be done on the 20th of the month. I've spoken to so many consultants to help me and still it hasn't been resolved.
