UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN SPORTSCENES SERVICE!

I am utterly disgusted in Sportscenes service! I complained previously due to an order being cancelled and my money not being refunded in a desired time frame. I then received a R250 voucher and wanted to place another order on the 05/12/2019, but for just under 48 hours while trying to confirm my payment it kept saying that they having a technical error and I need to try again later or call the customer service team. I then called them 44 hours after placing the order to be told that I need to cancel my order or it will cancel automatically if the payment is not received. I cancelled my order and replaced it but my voucher code no longer worked. I called the customer service team AGAIN and was told the voucher will become active again in 24 hours. After 24 hours I tried placing my order using the voucher and it said "the voucher has already been used". I am disgusted in the service received and have been trying to buy a pair of sneakers for my son since the 29/11/2019!!
