Unsatisfied service

I made a laybye of 1 sneaker at one sportsscene store and found my favorite at another store. Both stores in vanderbijlpark vall mall and bedworth park. I asked at bedworth if I can cancel the vall mall deal and purchase bedworth park deal then to my surprise I was told I can't besides the fact that both stores are sportsscene and the laybye was done yesterday and I saw my favorite this afternoon. Please help me as I'm dying for the second sneaker
