I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received from Sportscene. Firstly this is the 3rd time I ordered something online and my order gets cancelled after 2weeks. Because stock that isn’t available but online it shows available. I understand if you don’t have stock and online didn’t update yet, but to take my money and after 2weeks to tell me sorry we don’t have this stock and then the trouble start with me having to get my refund. I have spent on this accusation nearly 2 hours on the phone to get my matter resolved and that is unfair to me. I paid my items in full money you received immediately, now I have to spend money to get my own money back. I Dealt with Keenan in the online department, his was very helpful. For my inconvenience at the end he arrange for me to get a R500 voucher to cover my cost for time spent on the phone. Great service to Keenan.

The trouble again started, I took off a few hours to go and buy me a new sneaker at sportscene in Town. It was just suppose to be in and out, because of Covid I didn’t want to spend to much time outside. I came all the way from Mitchells Plain to the CBD and when I got there my Voucher I received didn’t work, we then called your offices again and eventually I was sent another voucher that also didn’t work. Then the store agent called in and we tried this again a voucher was sent again and it work. I spend nearly 5 hours in that store, I came there past 11 and left at 3. I was suppose to work again at 1. I lost out on money that I should have earned and to make matters worse when I got to my car I got a R500 fine for parking in a 90min parking for 4.30 hours.

You may contact the Store (Grand Parade) and confirm this. This was the 3rd unsuccessful purchased online and the money it cost me to get this resolve was sickening. As I feel now I need to take steps against you for income lost and post this all over social media and maybe even Hello Peter. I honestly don’t like how this has made me feel as I only shop at Sportscene for my and son clothing and sneakers. If this was the 1st time I might have overlooked it.
