Unresolved credit payments updates

I had an account with them that was handed over to the MBDs. I settled the balance early in August, MBD sent me all the paperwork of settlement letters n updates that the account is paid up all of this was updated. Although I'm still struggling to get credit when i ask why they told me about sportsnce acc. I went to their branch at four ways mall, indeed i found out that nothing has updated that the account is paid up. Telling me their phones r nt working we used my phone to call their head office to find out the problem, it directed me to mbd then TFG but still nothing has been done coz even on the ITC department they don't find records of this account. They asked me to come back 2days after at fouways still nothing changed, i feel undermined coz i paid bt still nothing is being done all i get it rude responses when it is my life that is affected . Which makes me wonder what did i pay for a debt that doesn't exist worse ruining my whole life even though i paid it all up. Kindly assist plz ***.
