Unprofessionalism at it's best- TFG

<p>I paid up my debt with Sportscene on September 2016. I paid a settlement amount of R415 using EFT in store because I was not aware the debt was already handed to their attorneys. When I drew my credit report after a few months this account still reflected and thats when I consulted TFG customer care and was told that the account was handed over to the Easton Berry attorneys but when I contact these attorneys they say the account is not with them. So I guess The Foschini Group is saying I still owe them yet they don't know who I should pay to. This is so unprofessional and it is holding me back in so many ways. I cannot settle an account and yet 10 months later I still have a cloud of a bad payer hanging over me.</p>
